Shipping policy

We only ship to the continental USA.

Our shipping policy is designed to ensure a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience for our customers. Here are the details of our policy:

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and are not shipped on Sundays or holidays.
  • In stock items are dispatched in 3 to 5 days.
  • For out of stock and custom orders, we will notify you within 1 to 2 business days within receiving your order with the expected shipping date.
  • Transit Time is 3-5 days
  • If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately.
  • Once your order is shipped, we’ll send a tracking number for you to monitor its delivery status.
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time is 4-7 business days
  • We have flat rate shipping of $6.98.

Order processing time

After payment is completed, we confirm orders and process them within 1-2 business days. Please note that we do not ship or deliver orders on Sundays or holidays. During the holiday season, orders may be delayed due to a high volume of orders. If there is any delay in the delivery of your order, we will contact you via email or mobile phone. We will send order status updates and order notes (if any) through email. If you do not receive any updates, please check your junk/spam folder.

Damages

We take pride in providing high-quality products and ensure that they are securely and properly packed. However, if you receive a damaged item, please take a photo of the damage immediately and contact us at info@alldogkennels.com.  We will assist you with the next steps.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

The shipping and respective delivery dates for in stock items are automatically calculated after you enter your address during checkout. Please keep in mind that we require 1-2 days to prepare your parcel before shipping. Delivery is only available on working days, from Mon to Fri / 8 am to 5 pm, excluding Sundays and public holidays.  Depending on size and weight of the purchased item, we will ship either FedEX, UPS, USPS, and LTL.  We only ship to the continental USA.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

Once your order has been picked up by our courier, we will provide you with a tracking number to check the status of your delivery. However, once the parcel has been handed to the shipping courier, we will not have control over the handling and delivery time. Therefore, we advise customers to contact the courier for the latest update and further information.
